Reassessments and New Complaints

Patients who have previously visited our practice and either have a new complaint or have not attended the clinic for a period of 18 months or longer will require a reassessment.

During this appointment, we will conduct a comprehensive review and assessment of your condition, which will allow us to develop an effective treatment plan tailored to your individual needs.
